Our plans for your villa include everything you need for a comfortable life. We want you to be able to sit back and enjoy the view and your life here in “The Morning of the World,” as Balinese have named their beautiful island.

And, as we are in charge of developing this land, we guarantee your chosen view will never be blocked – except by Mother Nature, and even then the gentle seasonal rains simply add to the insular quality of the life you have chosen. Modern, efficient, functional kitchens, bathrooms, and family rooms merge with the traditional Balinese interaction with their surroundings, but keep you comfortably ensconced in the amenities to which you are accustomed.

If our architect has omitted some of your dreams, just tell us; or, you are free to engage your own designer, so long as your final plans do not impinge upon the vista chosen by your neighbors. Want to charcoal a steak on the grill by the pool, combined with a fresh, crisp salad and large baked potatoes or French Fries – or Bangers and Mash – or ribs – or barbecue sauce soaked chicken? We know where you can purchase the ingredients to which you are accustomed.

Want some night life? You are not that far from Kuta or Seminyak (and we know a few shortcuts we’ll clue you in on!). Going off-island? The Ngurah Rai International Airport is an honest 15 to 20 minutes from your residence – and viewable from your front door. Removed, yet so near! A little nodule of Paradise within Paradise – it’s exactly the place you’ve been seeking (and it doesn’t hurt to know that real estate prices in Bali have been escalating almost 15% per year for the past several years!).
